Course Information

Regardless of what side of the performance fence you are on, whether you are using a traditional annual review process or are doing something less traditional, we all can agree that a culture of coaching is critical.
 
We will review best practices with the performance process, and practice applicable tools in this high energy session geared towards leaders in HR. This program will provide training on the performance process facilitated by Dale Carnegie Training’s General Manager, Mike Scott, and will also highlight a panel of local HR leaders, talking about and answering questions on their philosophies for performance management, giving examples of what has and has not worked for them, and offering their visions for the future of HR around performance management and innovations in this area.
 
Please join us for this fun and informative event, with plenty of time for networking and idea sharing! Appetizers and beverages will be provided.

Our November Program will be located on the concourse level of the 3600 Building of the Northland Center. Please note that the Northland Center has two identical buildings - the 3500 and 3600 Building. Park in the 3600 building lot and take the elevator or stairs to the concourse level in the 3600 Building. Follow the TCSHRM signs to the room from there.
