Employee Engagement Specialist Certification Program
EDINA, MN – February 12, 2015: Dale Carnegie Training, a global professional development organization with 200 offices in 89 counties, has selected Minnesota’s Norman & Associates to offer local HR professionals a new Employee Engagement Certification program in partnership with Bob Kelleher, author of "Employee Engagement for Dummies," and "Louder than Words: Ten Practical Employee Engagement Steps." The program prepares HR professionals to work with executive teams to shape their organization’s culture in ways that improve employee engagement and retention. "Human Resource managers today are expected to play a very strategic role in their firms. Organizations can no longer compete on just their products, they need to attract the best talent in a highly competitive labor market," said Kelleher. "In our program, we provide research, practical tools and an intensive, collaborative forum to help prepare them and their companies for success."
Dale Carnegie Training has conducted extensive market research to assist companies with their efforts to ensure employees are engaged in their work. The research has been featured extensively in Mr. Kelleher’s recently published "Employee Engagement for Dummies."
Norman & Associates and five other offices have worked closely with Bob Kelleher in the rollout of this program, which will begin in early March 2015.
