Jennifer Huber is the Market Director of Dale Carnegie Training in the North Central States. Dale Carnegie Training is represented in all 50 of the United States and more than 80 nations worldwide. Currently, Dale Carnegie Minnesota is ranked the #2 team in the world behind Taiwan.
In her role, Jennifer acts as the firm’s conduit for large project conversion and uncovering new business development and marketing opportunities. She has formerly managed the Dale Carnegie Training client development team as well as oversees all public programming and community relationships. As a brand advocate and supporter of internal and external clients, Jennifer partners with clients in areas including; sales leadership, confidence & influence, high impact presentations, change readiness, and virtual teaming.
Jennifer began with Dale Carnegie Training as a senior consultant managing the downtown Chicago and downtown Minneapolis territories. In both markets, she won the National Sales Award as Rookie of the Year. Most recently, she has placed among the top 10 sales managers worldwide for Dale Carnegie Training.
Before joining Dale Carnegie Training, Jennifer spent nine years in the hospitality industry, where she opened a Starwood Hotel on Chicago’s famous Michigan Avenue. That hotel was ranked the top Starwood Hotel of the year during its first year of operation.
Jennifer has been an active advocate for the HIV/AIDS awareness community for more than 15 years, active in the Jeremiah Program in Minneapolis, and original founding board member of TORCH and Chicago House.
As a mama to “2 under 2” dance parties and walks around Lake Harriet is a regular event for the Huber household.
